Associate Outsource Consultant Location: Norwich or Sheffield Salary: £32,000 - £38,000 We are excited to announce that we are looking for an Associate Outsource Consultant to join our team here at Aviva based in Norwich or Sheffield. Do you love detailed work, getting into the details of how things work? Then using that knowledge to fix things and make improvements? This is a great role for someone with a passion and drive for working on initiatives that will bring different challenges and can bring experience of problem solving, reporting, relationship building, and working across multiple teams. You’ll need to have an understanding of commercial and contract management, supplier governance, and risk. A bit about the job: This role is integral to driving excellent services and so positive customer and commercial outcomes from UK Life Outsource Partners, whilst tracking and mitigating risk to the business. The role works across several key Outsource Partners resulting in varied challenges and providing a breadth of development opportunities. You’ll also support talent development and much needed succession planning in the team. Skills and experience we’re looking for: Participate in supplier governance as required, ensuring effective and timely reporting to drive optimum outcomes for Aviva Support Contract and Commercial with analysis of Contract, Call Offs and Statements of Work, maintain commercial issue/risk log, trade lists, benchmarking activities, and price book refinement Undertake contract management duties including monitoring contract obligations, preparing and execution of change notices, drafting contract amendments and settlement agreements, and breach notices Support related internal audit activity and manage associated audit actions to resolution Maintain a governance & MI schedule, aligning to business reporting requirements What you’ll get for this role: Our purpose - with you today, for a better tomorrow – is a promise we make to our colleagues too.
