The Lincoln Medical School is at an exciting stage of development with students on the six-year programme due to start later this year in September 2025 and students on the five-year course joining in September 2026. As part of this milestone, the School is looking to appoint a Director of Student Support to develop and coordinate activities relating to student wellbeing across the medical programme.
You will be an experienced medical educator with an extensive background in supporting students from diverse backgrounds. You should be able to demonstrate how you have supported and celebrated equity, diversity and inclusivity and used this to ensure the successful completion of higher education students on healthcare courses. Experience of personal and academic tutor is essential.
You will join the School's Senior Management Team, helping to further shape the delivery of a brand new medical course at the University of Lincoln.
