This role involves developing compliance systems, providing assurance across client sites, and fostering strong relationships between the client and account management teams. This position could be available as a secondment opportunity, offering flexibility for current employees seeking temporary assignmentsKey Responsibilities:Ensure technical compliance standards are met and contractual obligations are fulfilled.Lead the development and improvement of compliance management systems.Oversee delivery of technical compliance services across client sites.Review and enhance contractor performance standards.Identify and resolve compliance challenges effectively.Act as the main point of contact between the client and internal teams.Key Requirements:Membership in a relevant professional body (e.g. CIOB, RICS, IWFM, CIBSE, RIBA)Level 6 qualification desirable but not essential (Building or M&E)Qualification in one or more technical discipline(Gas safety, electricity (HV & LV), water hygiene, asbestos, refrigerant gas, lifts & equipment, ventilation, CDM, Health & Safety, fire safety, waste, security, pressure systems, PA, lightning protection, oil storage, etc.)5+ years of experience in Facilities MaintenanceExperience in technical compliance and contract management.Strong understanding of compliance risks and asset management principles.Ability to manage multiple tasks and foster strong client relationships.Knowledge of relevant statutory and technical legislative requirements.What we offer:Working with Sodexo is more than a job; its a chance to be part of something greater.
