The role
As part of the SME Indirect Sales team, you will be accountable for managing existing TPI relationships, securing new business, maximising renewals and margins. A large part of this role will involve negotiating with energy consultants, ensuring that offers and contracts are produced accurately and within agreed timescales.
You will
- Engage with our existing and prospective SME TPIs, advising them of SSE's energy products and propositions via telephone, email and face to face meetings.
- Manage email and telephony communication channels in an efficient and proactive manner.
- Deliver first class customer service during all customer interactions, you will research our clients business to understand their requirements and how we can improve the service we offer.
- Deliver profit contribution and performance targets in line with Business set KPI's and targets.
- Track and report accurate contract position.
