This 12-month fixed-term contract role, operating on a part-time basis (25 hours per week), offers a competitive salary of £24,580 - £27,800, plus a performance-related bonus and a comprehensive benefits package. The Pitlochry Visitor Centre, a hub for over 100,000 visitors annually, boasts a bustling café renowned for its fresh, local produce and spectacular views. You'll be instrumental in maintaining this reputation by:

  • Crafting a diverse range of high-quality scones, cakes, and pastries, ensuring a delightful selection is always available.
  • Assisting in the preparation and cooking of delicious menu items, adhering to established recipes.
  • Providing essential relief cover for the cook position, maintaining exceptional standards during shifts.
  • Contributing to general café operations, including serving, cleaning, and setup/clear down.
  • Upholding the highest standards of cleanliness, food hygiene, and safety.
