WHAT TO EXPECT
As a Bespoke Coordinator, you will work proactively to achieve the on-time delivery of bespoke vehicles through all JLR plants.
Reporting directly to the Bespoke Operations Senior Coordinator, the role will test your breadth of knowledge of core vehicle build processes, attention to detail and passion for our customers when striving to ensure our VIP customers receive their vehicles on time.
Special Vehicles Bespoke has gone from strength to strength over the last few years and it continues to grow, with exciting new editions of outstanding vehicles that excel not only in content but also in the quality of the products we build. Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
Support Bespoke Project Leaders, being responsible for the build and conversion activity required for individual bespoke commissions and unique market editions Coordinate logistics of parts and vehicles between Solihull plant and Oxford Road Special Vehicles Operation Daily tracking of vehicles using JLR systems such as D42,Flags and various Bespoke lead monitoring sheets Onsite contact for all issues with vehicles on build at Oxford Road Continuous Improvement exercises to be carried out where potential improvements can be identified to improve throughput
WHAT YOU NEED
End to End knowledge of Special Vehicle build process Problem Solving knowledge including 8D Ability to run vehicles report through D42 JLR product part knowledge ideally Experience working with multiple stakeholders
