Bills Payment Administrator Salary: circa £25,000 Location: Eastleigh Are you a strong communicator and team contributor with experience in payment-related tasks or financial workflows? A bit about the job: You will be responsible for paying invoices in accordance with contracted agreements and Aviva guidelines, acquiring further information where necessary and resolving customer/provider queries via the telephone. Youâll naturally develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external customers. Please note: the role requires full time office attendance 5 days per week while completing training. Skills and experience weâre looking for: Excellent written and verbal communication skills Familiarity with complex bill payment processes, fraud prevention and relevant legislation is a plus Medical knowledge and/or personal medical insurance (PMI) claims understanding Comfortable balancing multiple priorities and adaptable to situations, with strong time management skill Feed ideas for process improvements to Team Manager to support continuous improvement and share best practice & learning experiences with peers to improve performance and boost team morale while working collaboratively.
