Your role as a Brewing OperativeÂ

Achieve the agreed production plan and meet internal loss and efficiency targets.ÂÂ

Oversee the brewing process in various roles, handling everything from raw material intake to dispatch and packaging.ÂÂ

Ensure proper preparation and monitoring, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.Â

Assisting with changes that impact plant efficiency and maintaining control over quality in line with quality policies.ÂÂ

Comply with all legal production requirements and adhere to standard operating procedures and health and safety regulations.Â

In the role you will be part of one of our fourÂshift teams, reporting into a Brewing Shift Manager, working 12-hour continental shifts (2 days 6am - 6pm, 2 days 6pm - 6am and then 4 days off).Â

Previous experience in brewing, FMCG or a production environment helpful but not essential.Â
