You will provide essential administrative and operational support to our Housing Management function, ensuring it runs smoothly by managing data and coordinating key processes. This will include: Providing admin support for tenancy management, rent processes and compliance monitoring Assisting in updating/maintaining housing records, including occupancy agreements, arrears reports and property inspections Supporting the team when they are preparing for audits, regulatory returns and compliance checks Monitoring key housing-related deadlines such as occupancy renewals, rent reviews and compliance reporting.
