The Business Support and Project Manager will play a key role in executing and monitoring the UK & Ireland overall performance and overseeing critical project for the UK and Ireland cluster Managing Director, which includes change management, processes, systems, tools, and ways of working. Strategic Planning and Execution: Lead and support strategic initiatives and planning processes across UK & Ireland, supporting the Cluster Managing Director. Oversee the development and execution of strategic initiatives to ensure alignment with divisional objectives. Daily Operations Management: Ensure the smooth operation of daily responsibilities within the cluster leadership team. Coordinate with department leaders and manage day-to-day operations and special projects. Establish a governance framework and ways of working to maximise efficiency and effectiveness of the wider leadership team and cluster. Escalate and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise, ensuring the minimisation of disruption and risk Communication and strategic updates: Provide regular and accurate updates and reports to the Managing Director and other senior stakeholders on the status, achievements, and challenges of the change initiatives and projects. Relay information effectively between cluster leadership team members and other stakeholders across the division Draft board updates, quarterly and monthly business review summaries and any other executive updates for submission when required and provide an overall picture of productivity to executives and stakeholders. Performance Measurement: Determine performance indicators for the cluster, measuring and report on team performance. Strengthen operational efficiencies within the cluster. Task Prioritisation: Assist the MD with scheduling to make the most of their limited time. Schedule meetings, business reviews, managing governance and risk meeting as appropriate. Act as a strategic advisor and confidant to the cluster MD. Prepare and review briefing materials, reports, and presentations for the division and executive team. Project Management: Oversee and manage key projects and initiatives. Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, reports, and documentation, ensuring alignment with divisional programs working closely with key stakeholders. Coordinate, lead and manage special projects and initiatives as directed by the Managing Director, ensuring successful delivery and outcomes. Relationship Building: Foster effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Align Senior client partners, functional leaders and delivery heads to coordinate key initiatives.
