Key Accountabilities and Measures
Develop a signature Architectural stylefor M&S, including internal & external aesthetics, materials & signage, in a flexible, cost effective way Plan& develop store blueprints by format based on the agreed direction for the use of company space Design & develop the store master-planning principles including location of circulation, movement & internal architecture. Define store planning principles for the business Define methodologies and processes to create a whole store narrative for future store Architecture Develop a customer centric store wide navigation scheme to make our stores easier to shop Support the UK Franchisenew business team with new business, designing, developing and launching new schemes and producing design guides for future roll outKey Skills
