Job Title: CRM Junior Developer Direct Team: Global Email Wider Team: Global CRM Reports into: Senior Email Marketing Manager, Global Key Responsibilities: 1. Email Campaign Development: Design, build, test email templates Ensure all emails are responsive and function across various email clients Incorporate personalised content and product recommendations as we look to enhance our email automation programme in parallel with our usual regular and brand campaigns. 2. Testing & Optimisation: Conduct rigorous email testing for deliverability, rendering, and responsiveness on different devices and platforms. Support with A/B test email subject lines, CTAs, designs, and copy to improve engagement and conversion rates. Troubleshoot any issues related to email performance or display across different clients. 3. Multi-channel Campaign Development: Set up multi-channel campaigns using our email service provider across the entire customer lifecycle; from database signups/ the welcome series, promotional/transactional emails, post purchase comms, automations (basket/browse abandonment) through to re-engaging with âlapsedâ consumers to re-engage. Ensure that email lists are regularly updated / segmented appropriately for targeted campaigns. 4. Collaboration & Co-ordination: Work closely with Email team regional owners to develop email campaigns that align with marketing objectives. Support Clienteling team to support with program builds for campaign outreaches Support Paid Media team to support with building in paid audience targeting within programs Coordinate with the CRM / database teams to ensure correct audience segmentation and data accuracy for each campaign. 5. Performance Tracking & Reporting: Ad-hoc monitoring of key email metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, bounce rates, and unsubscribe rates. Key Qualifications: Keen to take on a new exciting role in one of the best luxury retailers in the world. Advantageous experience in an email / multi-channel delivery role building campaigns from within an eps either using templates or html coding. Technical Skills: Knowledge of using an email service provider such as Emarsys Advantageous html skills. Ideally knowledge of implementing A/B tests, optimising channel performance metrics. Fast-paced and methodical mindset to turn campaign builds around accurately and quickly.
