Job Description: Campus Experience & Events Coordinator Staines – 5 days a week on site Permanent Full time - 37.5 hours per week £30,000 - £35,000 dependant on experience We try to consider all types of flexibility, including locations, hours and working patterns. Here we are seeking to deliver innovative learning & development, both physically and virtually through word class experiences and, to connect, grow and broaden the skills of our people across all business units (Dental Services, Care Services, Health Services, Insurance). Our goal is to exceed learner expectations and foster a culture of exceptional learning and development, through a learning offering that includes fully immersive technology, virtual classrooms, hi fidelity simulation labs & AI. This role is responsible for the onsite experience and operational effective of the Bupa Campus & Clinical Training Academy, providing an amazing end to end experience for all learners & visitors. This role will take accountability for the smooth running and ensuring everything needed is in place to deliver exceptional learning experiences both in person and remotely. You will need to be organised, take accountability and most importantly want to deliver the best possible experience to every one who interacts with the Academy, in person and digitally. How you’ll help us make health happen: Perform administrative tasks to ensure successful workshop delivery Lead event setup, including room bookings and inventory management Coordinate with AV and catering teams for timely and satisfactory service Ensure rooms are set up per program design and materials are available Support facilitators during workshops, including delegate management and feedback collection Monitor delegate feedback and implement improvements Meet and greet learners and visitors, conduct facility tours Serve as the point of contact for delegates and visitors, resolving issues Create and manage event budgets, ensuring cost control Manage the scheduling of resources, equipment and facilities Look for ways to continuously delight our leaners and ensure a world class experience Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role: Experience in an event or hospitality environment Customer centric and wants to deliver the best possible service and outcome, every time Strong organisational, multitasking, and delivering results skills are essential Ability to support vendor negotiations and budget management Possesses strong communication skills and is astute at identifying issues Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels Problem solver who takes ownership for tasks and overcomes barriers and finds solutions Attention to detail and analysing data Benefits Our benefits are designed to make health happen for our people.
