As a Catering Supervisorat Sodexo in HM Naval Base, Portsmouth, you'll supervise the catering team closely, You'll interact with your team and our clients daily, and you'll be improving the quality of life in everyone you meet! without you.. we cant run our kitchens efficiently.What youll do:Ensure completionofall requested/contracted tasks and motivate your team to effectively ensure these are completed in a timely and thorough manner.Oversee all areas of the kitchen/catering department, ensuring areasare kept clean and hygienic.Oversee the ordering of stock and consumables, also keeping up to date accounts and support the higher management with end of month financingMotivate your team, ensuring they are all providing great customer service, understand Sodexo'score values and implementing them into their everyday workBe a champion of health and safety practices - spot a near miss?
