Join us on our journey and you will too! Want to hear more? As the Change & Transformation Manager in our Brands Marketing & Experience (BMX) Enablement team you’ll play a key role in evolving the BMX operating model as modern-marketing powerhouse. Enablement is the engine room that powers operational excellence and efficiency across BMX, enabling our teams to drive customer growth through excellent end-to-end experiences. You’ll be at the heart of helping us connect our strategy to how we show up every day—supporting smarter workflows, growing capability, and ensuring our people feel inspired and proud to be part of the BMX to deliver against our top three priorities: 1. To be more commercial so we help the business grow. 2. To build Experience Led Brands, through delivering great, distinctive experiences. 3. To turbocharge our capabilities to enable the above. Getting to the specifics, the day to day will look like this. You’ll: Bring in fresh thinking from both inside and outside the business to help shape and modernise our BMX operating model. Work closely with our internal operations teams and PEC platform to guide transformation efforts in line with BMX priorities. Be an advocate for agile ways of working— help to embed planning processes and workflow / agile tools like Jira in a practical, people-first way to help teams manage priorities, identify blockers, and work smarter together. Support the logistics needed for quarterly planning cycles. Work with colleague across BMX to understand the superpowers of a modern-marketing team, spot gaps, build capability, and create learning experiences that really make a difference. Support the rollout of structured capability programmes like a BMX Marketing Academy and support the Group Product & Propositions Academy. Help strengthen our talent pipeline through initiatives like apprenticeships, internships, and graduate programmes. Lead on engagement plans that create connection and community across BMX—because we believe people do their best work when they feel part of something. Support oversight and activation of the People Plan to deliver thoughtful, well-timed activities that spark pride and shared purpose. Support internal and external storytelling and recognition, ensuring our work is seen and celebrated across the business and beyond. About you We’re hiring for attitude as well as experience and expertise. You’ll thrive in this role if you: Have a proven ability to lead communications across large, complex teams, effectively manage diverse stakeholder groups, and build alignment around a shared vision. Successfully led teams through periods of transformation, demonstrating a strong commitment to fostering a positive culture, supporting individuals, and building cohesive, resilient teams. Are skilled at engaging senior stakeholders with authenticity and emotional intelligence—able to challenge constructively, balancing diplomacy with assertiveness when needed. Demonstrate resilience and focus in fast-paced environments, consistently managing competing priorities and tight deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail. Have strong organisational skills and effective teamwork, with proven experience planning and executing fast-paced activities across multiple teams and workstreams. About working for us Our focus is to ensure we are inclusive every day, building an organisation that reflects modern society and celebrates diversity in all its forms. We want our people to feel that they belong and can be their best, regardless of background, identity, or culture. We were one of the first major organisations to set goals on diversity in senior roles, create a menopause health package, and a dedicated Working with Cancer initiative. And it is why we especially welcome applications from under-represented groups. We are disability confident. So, if you would like reasonable adjustments to be made to our recruitment processes, just let us know. If you are excited by the thought of becoming part of our team, get in touch.
