The Chaplaincy Centre is located at the heart of the University of Bath Campus. The University Chaplain and team of chaplains offer support, care, space and prayer to anyone in the University community.
The Chaplaincy Assistant:
supports opportunities for religious/spiritual activity, reflection and nurture appropriate to the University community.helps foster great working relationships between the chaplains and the student groups who use the Chaplaincy Centre.welcomes visitors to the Chaplaincy Centre: particularly those wishing to explore questions of faith, peace and justice, or just a listening ear to all.helps to look after the Chaplaincy Centre (inside and out) to ensure it is available and usable for all.We're looking for a student who can:
organise their own work load.offer a regular commitment to help out at Chaplaincy outreach activities such as Tuesday soup lunch.is invested in the aims of chaplaincy and willing to support all those who use the Chaplaincy Centre.Further information
This is a part-time role, working 4 hours per week for a fixed-term period from September 2025 until May 2026, with regular presence on Tuesday for outreach activities.
