Allocated shift pattern between 08:00 – 18:00 Monday – Friday Location – Bristol Lake View is situated in Stoke Gifford, North of Bristol City Centre. The office is a short walk to Bristol Parkway Station and close to the M4, M5 motorway links. Overlooking a beautiful lake surrounded by wildlife, we also offer free onsite parking and excellent facilities including a gym, restaurant and wellbeing rooms. The office is also a short walk to an array of shops and restaurants. Don’t worry if you have no previous Claims experience as we will give you all the training you will need to support you in your journey to learn about our products and customers. Skills and experience we’re looking for: Finds it easy to talk to customers and can handle customers interactions with sympathy and support, whilst providing clear information Experience of working within an office environment is highly desirable, although strong experience within another professional customer-facing role would be considered, i.e. retail. Ability to work on own initiative and make decisions in a customer-focused team environment Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly demanding, constantly changing environment. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with great attention to detail Please note this job role is not sponsorable under the Home Office points based system.
