In this exciting role, you will be engaged in the management and administration of new and existing notifications, collections and the successful resolution of a portfolio of Crisis Management claims. Your key responsibilities will include:
Dealing with first notification of claims and understanding / learning about the scope of coverages in placeDealing with markets, client and placement teams, network offices, underwriters and appointed third parties (loss adjusters, lawyers etc)Help facilitate and follow up on the payment and settlement of claims for clients with underwritersCoordinate discussions, meetings and technical support to facilitate a superior level of communication between the client, underwriter and their representatives concerning the handling and settlement of claimsConduct data analysis to establish the claims history for a particular client or business portfolio, and to identify trends and patterns in claims for a client or business segmentLiaison with other teams as necessary to ensure sharing of relevant information and any other tasks that Aon and your line manager might reasonably requireOur Global Claims team at Aon is truly welcoming and team focused.
