The Credit Solutions team at Aon is looking for a Client Director, who will be working as part of a multi-skilled broking team, managing a portfolio of strategic client relationships and global client relationships.

 

This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Manchester office

What the day will look like

 

 

The ideal Client Director will be involved in the following tasks:

 

Deliver strategic advice and guidance to your clients presenting the best possible solutions and outcomesDesign, implementation, renewal and servicing of strategic programmesNegotiation of policy wordingsAppeal and escalation of credit risk and limit issuesClaims submissions and claims’ broking processEnsuring timely delivery of accurate policy documentation from insurer and providing clients with training and guidance on policy terms and conditionsGathering and analysing relative statistical detail, submissions to market, and preparation of renewal reportsPreparation for, and attendance of, client and insurer meetings plus timely follow up of actionsProviding advice to clients on market developments and share knowledge of market trends to enhance the overall value propositionIntroducing and supporting the team on new business opportunities to achieve objectives.

 

Additional Responsibilities:

 

Contribute to the team budget by achieving personal revenue targetsAdherence to business processes, systems and proceduresContinually strive to improve client satisfaction and ensure we deliver on our promises to the clientProviding coaching and training to colleagues within the ACS team as requiredActively build relationships across Aon and using the Aon United Blueprint to bring the best of Aon to our clients and to our firm exploit cross selling opportunitiesAdopt Aon Leadership model behaviours.
