Team/Role Overview
Within our Services business, the Securities Services Operations Client Implementations Team is a client facing unit, responsible for ensuring the effective on-boarding of new and incremental Securities Service business – new clients, new funds or new investment markets.
Providing a principle point of contact for the client, the Implementations team deliver project management oversight and co-ordination of legal & fund documentation, service requirements, setup and configuration, interface and reporting connectivity, initial transition trade oversight and handover to our business as usual teams.
What youll do
The successful candidate will work within our Funds Implementation team, with responsibility for coordinating fund launches, share class launches, restructures and closures across our operations and static data teams. This will involve:
Liaising with client and internal partners to understand the client's service needs in order to match them to our delivery capabilitiesProduce and manage a detailed implementation checklist, using standard Citi templates and artefactsBrief the operations, customer service and other areas as required, and agree implementation timetables with all partiesCo-ordinate all aspects of the change (Operational Documentation, instructions, Operational Setups, User Entitlements, Testing, Operational Readiness, Transfer (if applicable) and Handover to BAU Service Team) to ensure delivery in accordance with the client's requirementsWhat well need from you
Broad experience within the Financial Services Sector, with Securities Services and specifically Fund OperationsStrong project skills, and practical experience delivering client change via planning, monitoring and reporting using detailed project tasklistsProven a track record in flawlessly executing client change, delivering multifaceted projects to defined deadlines and constraintsHighly motivated and self-reliant, with demonstrable initiative and flexibilityAbility to understand, document and translate concepts and processesSolid analytical and documentation skills, with evidenced attention to accuracy and detailStrong communication skills (written and verbal)Well-developed interpersonal skills, including the ability to energise and negotiateAbility to manage successful relationships with internal and external stakeholdersProficient use of MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPointKnowledge of Citi operations, processes, Multifonds application a plusWhat we can offer you
