Job Description: Clinical Educator Staines – Hybrid with a minimum of 4 days on site Permanent Full time - 37.5 hours per week £50,000 - £55,000 DOE We try to consider all types of flexibility, including locations, hours and working patterns. Here we are seeking to deliver innovative learning & development, both physically and virtually through word class experiences and, to connect, grow and broaden the skills of our clinical teams across all business units (Dental Services, Care Services, Health Services, Insurance). Our goal is to exceed learner expectations and foster a culture of exceptional learning and development, through a learning offering that includes fully immersive technology, hi fidelity simulation labs & AI. You will be responsible for delivering and developing clinical education, training, and events for the CTA. Alongside CTA faculty and commercial and operational teams, this role will contribute to the delivery of world class high quality and engaging learning experiences that support our BGIUK clinical community, commercial growth, and Bupa strategic aims. We are looking for someone experienced in clinical education simulation using low, mid and high-fidelity mannequins, with excellent facilitation, pre and debrief skills. Working with our clinical stakeholders across all BGIUK businesses this role will contribute to the CTA curriculum, events and activities and associated partner management and commercial offerings. You must be able to deliver training flexibly to meet needs of learners and this may include travel across the UK to deliver training in multiple locations and flexible hours (occasional evening or weekends). How you’ll help us make health happen: Network with peers to share best practices and build knowledge in clinical training. Provide expert support on professional issues and contribute to the Clinical Training Academy offerings. Develop, deliver and evaluate courses and curriculum based on feedback and best practices. Deliver high-quality, innovative training and contribute to curriculum development. Support digital and immersive training initiatives, including VR and simulation labs. Ensure training aligns with core values of Safety, Equality, Diversity & Inclusion, Sustainability, and Excellence. Foster a collaborative learning community that promotes psychological safety and best clinical practice. Develop and deliver engaging, high-quality training materials aligned with Bupa values. Ensure training meets regulatory standards and internal governance. Tailor training to individual learner styles using educational theories and utilising available resources Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role: Current healthcare professional registration (e.g. GMC, NMC, GDC) and/or a specialised qualification in clinical education, such as a Postgraduate Certificate (PG Cert) in Clinical Education Must be experienced in clinical education simulation using low, mid and high-fidelity mannequins Broad experience of delivering multiple courses / training for a variety of learners, levels and methodologies Extensive experience of clinical teaching both in classroom, virtually and in practice Experience in simulation teaching / delivery including pre and de-briefing methods + psychological safety Demonstrate high standards of clinical practice Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills Strong rapport and collaboration skills Dedication with passion for delivering exceptional care with high levels of professionalism and enthusiasm Benefits Our benefits are designed to make health happen for our people.
