We are recruiting for 2 Commercial Reporting Analysts to join the Waitrose & Partners Commercial and Own Brand Team; these are brand new roles in our structure. 1 role will be reporting into Ben Abram, Category Manager and the other role will be reporting into Hannah Eames, Manager, Own Brand Strategy. . About the role Contract Type: 2 x permanent positions Location: Bracknell based with hybrid working with an expectation to go into the office around 2-3 days per week Salary range: £59,000 - £110,000 Expected salary: £59,000 - £80,000 Partnership Level: 6 2 stage interview process: 1st stage virtual w/c 9th & 16th June Key responsibilities As a key member of the Commercial team at Waitrose, through your reporting you are accountable for providing robust analysis, insights and recommendations to the team to inform our strategy and decision making and drive significant improvements in our performance. With a relentless connection to customers, the market and branches alike, you’ll both; set up and continuously improve regular performance reporting, and lead strategic reporting projects to shape, optimise, and improve our performance.
