Assist in the preparation of all ingredients and dishes following established recipes and guidelines, ensuring precision and attention to detail.Adhere to strict food safety and sanitation standards, maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment to comply with health and safety regulations.Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth workflow and take part in training sessions to enhance culinary skills.Assist in various kitchen tasks including inventory management, helping with deliveries, and restocking, stock rotation and cleaning stations.Â
What youâll bring to the kitchen:
Awareness of manual handling techniques and experience working with kitchen equipment.A willingness to learn and develop, participating in regular training sessions.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.Previous experience working within a hotel/restaurant kitchen within a team.
