Job Title: Nutrition ABM (Condiments Category) Location: Kingston JOB PURPOSE We are looking for a passionate, skilled foodie to join us in the Condiments marketing team, which is the biggest vertical within the UK Nutrition team, and is home to global brands including Hellmann â the 4th biggest AND fastest growing Billion Euro brand in Unilever â and Maille, along with Local Jewels Colman Mustard & Condiments and Marmite. To fullfill this exciting ambition, we are looking for a passionate and talented marketeer to join our team. This role offers you the chance to work across three brands with several fantastic projects in 2025 and beyond, including innovations and brand-building campaigns. This is a role with a lot of responsibility, and we are looking for a passionate 1B to join the Nutrition team to help us activate many of our marketing activities and help lay the foundations for future profitable growth. You will be autonomously running projects, liaising with agencies and cross functional teams, and leading the day-to-day operations. Existing experience and knowledge of local marketing is an asset. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Performance management of total Condiments: You will be responsible for monthly tracking of internal and external performance of the total Condiments portfolio, including competitor tracking across key accounts, and turning insights into action. Renovation & innovation project management: You will be responsible for managing both renovation and innovation launches across all Condiments brands, managing PTMs, owning all briefs, and crafting support and launch plans including in-store, social, and PR. Budget management: You will own BMI budget forecasting and tracking, ensuring spend in planned and spent on time and in full. Website / Digital/ E comm Team Lead: you will be the team lead for all things digital ensuring best in class 7OA, leading the content calendar with the CMC and ensuring the website is optimised and up to date with all the latest campaigns.
