Set in 50 acres of stunning parkland with breathtaking views over Bridlington Bay, Sewerby Hall offers a unique blend of history, nature, and community engagement.

About the Role

As a Customer Service Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional experiences to our visitors. Whether you're supporting events, maintaining the grounds, engaging with guests, or helping preserve the historic hall, your contribution will help make Sewerby Hall a welcoming and memorable destination for all.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcoming and assisting visitors with enthusiasm and professionalism.Supporting the delivery of seasonal events and activities.Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation across the site.Assisting with educational tours and community outreach.

A friendly and approachable manner.Passion for heritage, horticulture, or hospitality.Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and holidays.Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
