WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL? <ul> <li>Checking passenger travel documentation at check-in area and boarding gate for acceptance </li> <li>Representing the airline and providing an exceptional level of customer service, making the passengers journey positively memorable </li> <li>Consistently delivering the highest customer service </li> <li>Reinforcing rules for oversized luggage, ensuring the correct fees apply if the size/weight is over allowances </li> <li>Assisting passengers during flight disruptions (delays, cancellations), overbooking and any other incidence </li> </ul> WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU? <ul> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills </li> <li>Previous experience in customer service desirable, preferably in the travel industry </li> <li>Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure </li> <li>Attention to detail and accuracy </li> <li>Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and bank holidays </li> </ul> SECURITY PROCESS TO WORK WITHIN AVIATION AND TRAVEL AT DHL <ul> <li>Be able to provide five years address history </li> <li>Be able to provide five years reference history (employment/education/benefit claim/character) </li> <li>To obtain a full airside ID </li> </ul> WHY CHOOSE US?
