£12.70 per hour - Pay rate effective 1 April 2025

25 hours per week

Sanctuary Supported Living is delighted to be recruiting for a Customer Supporter at our Retirement Communities Service, Spey House, Stockport.

The role of Customer Supporter will include:

Providing front of house reception duties Developing innovative and varied individual and group activities Promoting and evaluating activities for customers, enabling them to reach their own potential Assisting and encouraging customers to access and maintain a level of integration into the wider community Working with other staff to ensure a clean and comfortable environment is maintained

Skills and experiences:

Experience of developing and leading customer involvement activities Previous experience working with a similar customer group is desirable Good interpersonal and customer care skills Experience with working to deadlines and prioritising work loads Basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills NVQ2 in Health and Social Care, or willing to work towards Literacy and numeracy equivalent to at least GCSE Grade C English and Maths
