As a Lidl Warehouse/Recycling Operative, youll make sure our stores receive the right stock when they need it. From picking products to helping out in team tasks like checking stock, youll roll up your sleeves and get the job done. Youll work through your orders independently to help get our 2,000-plus products into the hands of happy customers, taking pride in the fact that without you, our shelves would be empty.

In return, well give you a competitive hourly pay rate based on equal opportunity and pay structures, with an additional £2.00 per hour for bank holidays and £3.50 per hour for nights, as well as a generous benefits package designed to support your well-being and life outside of Lidl.

What you'll do Checking vehicles into the Recycling Area.Processing of various types of Food Waste from the sales / store team.Processing Card / Plastic materials in an efficient manner.Sorting / collecting all waste and recyclables from fixed stations throughout the warehouse. Liaise with external contractors to ensure recycling collections are processed in a timely manner.Liaising with the Warehouse to ensure waste is returned and processed in an efficient manner.Report any damaged items to your manager.Take responsibility for working through your orders independently.Help out in any team tasks, such as cleaning equipment and checking stock. Night Shift: 8PM till 4.30AM Early Shift: 4.30AM till 1PM What you'll need Experience working in a fast-paced environmentThe drive to meet your goals and targetsExcellent attention to detail when working quicklySelf-motivation to work hard and make a real differenceWhat you'll receive 30-35 days holiday (pro rata)10% in-store discountPension schemeEnhanced family leaveGym discountPlus, more of the perks you deserve
