MI & Data Manager Location: London, Bristol, Norwich, York, Sheffiled (50% hybrid working) Hours: full time (flexible options available) Salary: circa £45,000 (national), circa £55,000 (London) Are you someone who thrives on turning data into actionable insights? This role is perfect for someone with a strong analytical mindset, experience in supplier governance or service delivery, and a passion for improving outcomes through data. Whether you're stepping up into a management role or bringing deep experience in MI and supplier oversight, we’d love to hear from you. A bit about the job: This role sits within our Outsourcing Team and plays a key part in ensuring our outsource partners deliver against their service level agreements. You’ll be responsible for analysing and auditing supplier MI, producing insightful reports and inputs for various governance forums. Your work will directly support the effective management of supplier performance and help ensure great outcomes for Aviva customers. Skills and experience we’re looking for: Strong experience in MI analysis, reporting, and performance trend identification Proven ability to audit, validate, and challenge supplier data and reporting Proficiency in designing and improving dashboards and MI tools including any AI experience or desire to learn how AI could evolve the role Strong analytical skills with attention to detail paramount Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills What you’ll get: Our purpose – with you today, for a better tomorrow – is a promise we make to our colleagues too.
