A bit about the job: This role sits within our Outsourcing Team and plays a key part in ensuring our outsource partners deliver against their service level agreements. Youâll be responsible for analysing and auditing supplier MI, producing insightful reports and inputs for various governance forums. Your work will directly support the effective management of supplier performance and help ensure great outcomes for Aviva customers.
