ABOUT THE ROLE In this brand new role as a Development Assistant in our Build to Rent (BTR) team, you will play a pivotal role in assisting the Senior Development Managers who are responsible for all property, planning and viability aspects of our BTR developments. You will support the Senior Development Managers in the development of high-profile, large scale residential and mixed use projects, with unique challenges including interfacing with retail and commercial elements, from conception stage through to the scheme being ready to start on site. You will help to ensure that we are complying with our Property and Planning obligations, and on completion advising the BTR or Retail Operations and Property Management teams of the ongoing property and planning obligations that will apply for the future of the development. You will also be responsible for coordination and administration of social value activities across all development schemes. . Expected salary - £35,500 - £37,000 (dependent on experience). Contract type - This position is a permanent contract. Working pattern/flexible working - The Partnership has adopted a hybrid working approach, meaning you'll be able to work a mixture between the office and home based upon your personal needs whilst balancing the needs of the business. The team aims for around 2-3 days a week in the office to connect and on a more ad-hoc basis to attend key meetings. Location - This role is based at our Pimlico Head Office. Regular travel to our Build to Rent development sites will be required.
