Your wellbeing is our top priority.Some of our benefits are:27 days of leave, plus bank holidays and if you want, you can buy 5 more.Flexible Working, opportunity for an early Friday finish, and a subsidised cafeteria.Primark Perks – Discounts with some local partner business to our officesWhat Youll Do:Create fast-turnaround editorial content in response to fashion trends and important trading momentsHave Click + Collect front of mind for new content ideas, focus on driving a high conversion rate through editorial and track the success of this content with the analytics team.Use insight tools and competitor analysis to identify reactive content opportunities that increase engagement and conversion.Write and optimise SEO-led articles, ensuring Primark ranks for high-value non-branded terms and is discoverable for key fashion and lifestyle searches.Contribute to the Click + Collect content strategy, creating editorial that drives conversion and supports commercial goals.Monitor and report on content performance, working with the analytics team to track success and apply insights to future content.Collaborate with digital trading and product teams to align content with launches, seasonal focuses and collection drops.Partner with the SEO team to input into keyword strategy and regularly add SEO content to the editorial calendar.Support editorial planning and pitch ideas for new article formats, seasonal features, and always-on content opportunities.Provide informal guidance to Digital Content Assistants, ensuring consistent tone and quality.Support international content coordination, checking in with regional teams to ensure alignment on key cultural moments and campaigns.Ensure consistency in tone, style and visual storytelling across platforms, working closely with Brand and Marketing teams to deliver a united voice.What Youll Bring3–5 years' experience in digital content writing/editing, ideally within fashion or lifestyle.Excellent understanding of SEO, with a proven track record of writing content that ranks and performs.Strong editorial instincts with an ability to spot trends and turn them into high-performing content.A confident, engaging writing style with a strong grasp of Primarks brand tone and what our customers want.Basic understanding of digital analytics.A collaborative, flexible approach – youre just as comfortable working independently as you are brainstorming with a team.Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and an ability to juggle multiple projects at once.A proactive mindset, ready to pitch ideas, try new formats, and use data to inform creative decisions.Comfortable giving editorial feedback and mentoring junior writers when required.Ready?
