A bit about the job: We are looking for a Junior Product Owner to join our expanding Public Websites Team. Youâll be part of the fast-paced Customer Experience team that delivers incredible and effortless experiences and journeys for our customers across every touch point on our storefront, Aviva.co.uk. Pages are created, managed and optimised through the content management system Adobe Experience Manager. You'll be the voice of the customer and put them at the heart of everything you do, so you'll need to be passionate about customer experience and continuous improvement. Working closely with one of our Agile GTM (Go-To-Market) teams youâll work collaboratively to gather requirements, deliver changes to digitise, improve and create new experiences on Aviva.co.uk. You will be willing to learn, not afraid to ask questions and actively involving yourself in product/project meetings. Using an internal audit approval system daily, youâll make sure web pages are compliant and are approved to deadline, a key enabler to this will be developing strong relationships with our risk and approvals teams. Skills and experience weâre looking for: Minimum of 2 years experience working on web / digital / CMS projects is essential. Used to working within Digital/Marketing agile teams High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
