As a Digital Marketing Specialist in our Chronic Care division, you’ll play a crucial role in driving engagement, retention, and brand awareness through strategic digital marketing initiatives. This is a hybrid role working in our Peterborough office 2-3 days per week and is an excellent opportunity for someone who is early on in their Marketing career.

Your Role & Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll:

Execute consumer marketing campaigns across digital channels, including email, social media, and website content. Develop and optimise engaging digital content, ensuring alignment with Coloplast’s brand voice and values. Manage and analyse social media performance, utilising insights to enhance engagement. Implement social listening tools to monitor trends and inform content strategy. Create and manage automated email campaigns that support customer lifecycles. Champion SEO best practices to enhance visibility and consumer engagement. Conduct A/B testing to refine digital strategies and improve performance. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive impactful campaigns. Leverage data analytics to shape digital marketing approaches and improve customer experiences.

What You’ll Bring

Experience in consumer-focused digital marketing. Strong understanding of social media, email marketing, and content management. Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template design. Proficiency with marketing automation tools, content management systems, and social listening platforms. A data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action. Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
