We have an exciting opportunity to join #TeamEMR as an Digital Pay As You Go (PAYG) Assistant Project Manager on an 18-month Fixed Term Contract.
As a Digital PAYG Assistant Project Manager, you will support the Retail Modernisation Manager with planning, designing and delivery of the Digital PAYG solution, by using good project management practices and EMR process.
What else you’ll be involved in:
Support delivery of assigned projects, ensuring adherence to agreed timelines, scope, quality, and benefits realisation.Collaborate with the Retail Modernisation Manager to ensure governance compliance with the EMR project lifecycle, capturing lessons learned for continuous improvement.Identify and document project risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies (RAID), contributing to business change plans in consultation with stakeholders.Maintain project documentation to ensure compliance with contractual, safety, and regulatory requirements.Provide administrative and planning support to the DPAYG Customer Support team, including internal communications and sharing of best practices.Assist in recruiting trial participants and support the development of briefing and training materials.Develop in-depth knowledge of the DPAYG app for both customer and internal use; conduct app testing as needed.What we need from you:
Willing to work towards: Association for Project Management – PFQ.A-Level or equivalent experienceStrong written and verbal communication; skilled in stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation.Team player with a collaborative approach to delivering projects on time, within scope and budget.Project Management experience of low complexity projects.Proficient in maintaining accurate project reports and documentation aligned with governance standards.Proactive self-starter with strong influencing skills across teams and stakeholders.Strong IT skills in Microsoft 365 including experience with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook & Microsoft Teams and ideally Project Management Systems & Planning Tools.As well as a competitive salary, we’ll also offer you:
