Purpose of the role
The Business Transformation Lead will drive and oversee transformational change initiatives aimed at enhancing business performance, efficiency, and operating models. This role will be at the forefront of driving strategic transformation within our International Corporate Banking business and will work closely with senior stakeholders across functions to shape, lead, and embed strategic transformation efforts, ensuring alignment with broader organisational objectives. The individual will play a key role in managing complex change programs from ideation to execution.
We are looking for an individual who has prior experiences in leading large scale transformation programs or change portfolios and have strong problem solving and analytical skills to solve major challenges and unlock opportunities that are key to achieving the long-term strategy of the International Corporate Bank.
To be successful as a Transformation Lead you should have,

Accountabilities
Define and deliver a comprehensive transformation strategy for ICB, ensuring alignment with the organisations broader goals and market dynamics.Design and implement scalable, efficient, and client-focused operating models that enhance our ability to respond to evolving market and client needs.Lead, oversee and manage multiple high-impact transformation programmes, ensuring successful delivery against timelines, budgets, and strategic objectives.Partner with leadership to identify areas of change, develop transformation roadmaps, and secure buy-in.Translate strategy into actionable plans, drive execution, and track impact through robust governance frameworks.Act as a key liaison between business, operations, and technology to ensure holistic delivery.Act as a catalyst for change, challenging the status quo and embedding a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation across teams.Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations and updates to senior stakeholders.End-to-End Process & Controls - development of target process and controls design/documentation and operational runbooks and aligning these components with organisational and role/service model design definitions.Delivery/Implementation Support: update design/functional requirements throughout the development cycle, and resolve RAIDS related to functional requirements and business processes.Director Expectations
To manage a business function, providing significant input to function wide strategic initiatives. Contribute to and influence policy and procedures for the function and plan, manage and consult on multiple complex and critical strategic projects, which may be business wide..They manage the direction of a large team or sub-function, leading other people managers and embedding a performance culture aligned to the values of the business.
