Divisional Sales Manager reference: SYS-16072

<p>The Divisional Sales Manager (DSM) is responsible for the implementation of the Care UK sales strategy across a nominated portfolio across the following regions: Suffolk, Northampton, Oxfordshire, Berkshire, Hampshire and Surrey.</p> <p>The DSM plays a crucial role in driving annual revenue growth by ensuring operational colleagues &nbsp;are trained, coached and supported to independently generate, manage and convert sales enquiries and achieve their revenue targets.</p> <p>The DSM is responsible for ensuring the sales function operates to consistently high quality standards, holding both Customer Relations Managers (CRMs) and Home / General Managers (HMs) accountable for following agreed process and delivering against both revenue budgets and brand standards, and will develop and deliver quarterly sales strategies to ensure an appropriate level of focus on new openings and revenue-challenged homes.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>Work with the Regional Directors (RDs), Operations Directors (ODs) to develop and implement annual and quarterly sales plans to deliver occupancy, fee and revenue growth across a portfolio of homes.&nbsp;</p> <p><br /> Work with ODs and RDs to ensure compliance to all Care UK sales operating procedures via the Sales and Marketing Toolkit and other Ways of Working documentation and support the Marketing Director with updates and enhancements to this documentation and any related training materials.&nbsp;</p> <p><br /> Support ODs in running weekly occupancy calls to ensure HMs and CRMs are held accountable for agreed actions, particularly in challenged and new build homes<br /> Work with the ODs and commercial finance to ensure clear monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets are in place.</p> <p><strong>What We&#39;re Looking For:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>A proven track record in delivering revenue growth in large multi-site organisations</li> <li>Commercial awareness and a focus on driving results</li> <li>Ability to think strategically as well as provide hands-on tactical support</li> <li>Excellent sense of initiative and problem solving</li> <li>Strong written and verbal communications skills</li> <li>Ability to build relationships with individuals at all levels of the organisation</li> <li>Leadership experience</li> <li>Able to commute to the following regions:&nbsp;Suffolk,&nbsp;Northampton,&nbsp;Oxfordshire,&nbsp;Berkshire,&nbsp;Surrey&nbsp;and&nbsp;Hampshire&nbsp;.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>Why Join Care UK?</strong></p> <p>Be part of a dynamic and growing organisation dedicated to providing outstanding care.<br /> Collaborate with a diverse and talented team in a supportive and inclusive environment.<br /> Enjoy a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.<br /> Make a meaningful impact on the lives of residents and contribute to the success of our care homes.</p> <p>We are committed to recruiting diverse, talented people, who share our passion for helping others.&nbsp; We see the potential in everyone, let us fulfil yours.</p>
