New House Residential Home provides a stable, permanent home for up to 8 adults with learning disabilities and associated needs. Town View Respite Service offers crucial respite and emergency short-term overnight care for up to 14 individuals facing similar challenges. As a Domestic Assistant, you will play an integral part in ensuring these vital services are delivered within immaculate and welcoming surroundings.

Your responsibilities will include maintaining a high standard of cleanliness across all areas of the buildings, including bedrooms, lounges, dining areas, utility rooms, corridors, bathrooms, and toilets. This is not just about cleaning; it's about creating a comfortable and dignified living space for the service users. You will also have the opportunity to work collaboratively with other staff members and communicate directly with service users, ensuring their preferences are respected and contributing to their overall well-being and the achievement of their goals.
