The role As a Driver - Valeter you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. This position involves the safe and timely transportation of passengers and freight to various destinations across the United Kingdom.

Day-to-day responsibilites:

Adherence to EU Drivers Hours Regulations (EU Regulation 561). Conduct daily vehicle inspections, undertake valeting tasks, and maintain the overall condition of the transport fleet. Accurate reporting of vehicle defects. Diligent completion and utilisation of tachographs. Prompt notification of accidents, injuries, near-misses, or dangerous occurrences to line management.

This full-time position is based at RAF Wyton.

Essential experience of the Driver - Valeter

Proven experience in coach driving. Effective interpersonal and communication skills. A strong commitment to safety and attention to detail.

Qualifications for the Driver - Valeter

Full UK Driving Licence with Category D. Driver CPC - Certificate of Professional Competency.

Security Clearance

The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain SC Security Clearance.
