About the role:

As a EMEA Manager,Projects Procurement you will you will be managing team of 5 to 10 full time employees. You will be responsible for nuclear projects interacting with cross-functional teams to build and execute project strategies, procurement plans, and contracting strategies for end-to-end delivery from concept to close.You will be a direct interface to our internal customers: Business Unit, Engineering, Quality, HSE and Project Managers. You will have strong commercial relationship skills towards suppliers with the goal to provide clear, timely and innovative solutions to the organization’s requests. Ability to travel within Europe (10 to 20%).

You will report to the Director Supply Chain Capital and be located at Springfields.

Key Responsibilities:

Cost Leadership: deploy the sourcing strategy within the project considering the Total cost of Ownership (Prices / On time Delivery / Quality, Safety…)

Operational Excellence: use the standard work, processes and tools within the project, to identify and minimise the risk within the overall project procurement execution. Develop and implement processes, Standard works within the organization

Cross Functional collaboration: interact with the different GSCS pillar and other departments (Engineering, SPE, Global Procurement, internal stakeholders, suppliers) to develop a strong execution plan (E2E) in serving our customer on time.

Innovation: learn from different departments and apply new technologies that create value to the end customer.

Digitalization: make sure all information are properly maintained in the different tools (S2P, Wave, EPMO...)

Qualifications:

Experience in managing a procurement team (5 to 10 peoples).

Strong program Management skills

Strong analytical experience and good problem-solving skills,

Strong Business Acumen

Manage Supplier resiliencies

Strong and In-depth knowledge of technical purchasing and purchase order processes,

Strong Procurement technical background & Contract Management

General technical knowledge of the nuclear field, the regulation and products are a plus,

Strong Knowledge of project management tools (Primavera 6),

Supervise & provide visibility on all Costs of the overall project and status.

Leadership skills / Experiences in managing a team

Project management skills

Strong communication Skills, Interact with executive Level

Capable to work autonomous and define prioritization according to the need of the project.

Cross functional collaboration & Team Spirit approach

Capable to coach and mentors the team.
