The Additional Learning Support team is actively seeking dedicated Education Support Workers to join their dynamic team across the Kedleston Road and Nuclear Skills Academy at Infinity Park campuses. You will play a pivotal role in supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Specific Learning Difficulties (SLD), actively contributing to an inclusive and supportive educational environment.

As an Education Support Worker, you will be instrumental in enabling students to fully engage with a broad curriculum, from pre-entry qualifications to higher degree apprenticeships. Your role will involve providing crucial support both within and outside of class sessions, including in-person and online assistance.
