This role will be based on the University campus, with scope for it to be undertaken in a hybrid manner. We are also open to discussing flexible working arrangements.

Educational Engagement is focused on the recruitment and student success of students regardless of background. We do this by delivering specific areas of work but also by working closely with colleagues across the faculties, professional services and the wider Directorate of Educational Engagement and Student Success and colleagues.
Educational Engagement works with secondary schools and further education colleges to support learners at every stage of their educational journey. We offer a comprehensive and sustained programme of outreach initiatives, projects and events aimed at a range of audiences including prospective students, parents and carers, teachers and other key influencers involved in supporting young learners with higher education progression.
The Student Success Centre works to improve the outcomes and student experience of all students regardless of background. We work alongside faculty and other professional services colleagues to deliver a wide range of projects and activities that aim to support students who are from under-represented groups as well as supporting all students in engaging as fully in their university studies as possible.
