What you will be doing: Build tooling and load parts onto tooling Concentricity and alignment checks Autonomous machine maintenance and process controls. Maintaining part traceability Welding of Compressor drums, Shaft, Blisk assemblies and other parts Contribute to process improvement activities and methods of managing process risks (PFMEA) Position requirements: Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Follow complex build sequences Experience of using CNC machinery Computer literacy (use of web pages, spreadsheets) Lifting and slinging trained Preferred qualifications: Experience of using Statistical Process Control charts Appreciate the importance of Process compliance and attention to detail.
