To be successful as an Employer Brand & Attraction Lead, you should have experience with:
Considerable background in developing and executing data-led/ measurable global employer brand campaign strategies within a corporate setting
Experience of leading early careers attraction campaigns
Campaign leadership
Senior stakeholder engagement and management
Attention to detail & considerable presentation/ communication skills

Note that this is a maternity leave cover, fixed term contract for 12 months. You will be in our Glasgow office. Your full-time role will be hybrid with days in office on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays.

Accountabilities
Development and maintenance of brand assets and guidelines that define how the brand looks, sounds and feels across all touchpoints.Collaboration with creative teams, advertising agencies, and other partners (internal and external) to create compelling and effective brand campaigns that enhance brand awareness, loyalty and engagement.Analyse brand performance KPIs, brand competitiveness and product trends in the marketplace.Budget management (if applicable) for brand-related activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness and a positive return on investment.Vice President Expectations
