Salary £13.17 per hour We are looking for a Part Time Engineering Clerk at Skegness depot The post holder will provide confidential administrative support to the Engineering Manager. The principal duties and responsibilities are: · · Assisting in the recruitment process i.e. arranging interviews and selection tests. · Maintenance of Employee records. · Maintain accurate records for EAMS. · Maintenance of clock cards/payroll reports. · Input fuel usage. · General administrative work. · Maintain and keep Health & Safety records up to date. · Any other reasonable administration tasks as required by the Engineering Manager within the scope of the role and abilities of the post holder. The ideal candidate must have administrative experience, together with the following skills and attributes. · Computer literate preferably with experience of using Word and Excel. · Good telephone manner. · Numeracy, literacy competency and is attentive to detail. · Proactive with a flexible and helpful attitude. · Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines. 20 Hours Per Week Monday - Friday.
