Join us on our journey and you will too⦠What youâll need⦠Modern engineering knowledge from across a broad range of solutions and platforms, including micro frontend, microservices, build patterns, DevOps, data, automation, hosting, language & platform choices etc. Experience of navigating complex systems architectures, comprised of modern and legacy solutions, and in-house and product solutions, using both on-premise and Cloud hosting. Practical experience of software design, build and release using DevOps principles and practices, with working knowledge of React, JavaScript / typescript, GCP, test automation, and automated pipelines. An ability to managing complex delivery, bringing together teams from within and outside the Bank around a shared outcome to deliver successfully. Experience of mentoring and coaching engineers to build a world class engineering capability, with a passion for coaching, developing colleagues and building a strong team culture that radiates far beyond your team alone. An ever-developing knowledge of, and interest in, engineering principles, practices and technologies.
