Key Considerations for Aspiring Candidates:

• Essential Requirements: A recognized Engineering Apprenticeship or equivalent qualification is a must. Candidates will also need an ONC/HNC or equivalent in a relevant engineering field. Experience in Electrical, Mechanical, and Instrumentation maintenance and fault-finding is crucial.
• Desirable Skills: While not mandatory, experience with automated machinery, GMP & SHE compliance, CMMS (SAP PM), and various IT systems (drawing management, building management systems, PCs, PLCs) will provide a significant advantage. A solid understanding of TPM, Root Cause Analysis, and Continuous Improvement methodologies will also be highly valued.
