We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic FM Helpdesk Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in driving excellence and innovation in facilities management and maintenance.About the RoleYou'll be the face of the technical servicesteam, acting as the first point of contact for maintenance and service requests.You'll keep operations organised, planning and scheduling maintenance works across the corporate building.You'll make a greatimpression as you respond professionally and promptly to clients and vendors queries.You'll manage work orders through to completion, utilisingour CAFM software systems.You'll be the go to for data as you store and manage information for monthly reporting.What Were Looking ForProven experience in the administration of reactive and planned maintenance works.Prior knowledge and skills utilising CAFM applications, managing and raising purchase orders and experiencewith workflows, would be beneficial.A minimum of 2 years customer service experience, ideally in a helpdesk environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.A proactive and solution-focused mindset.An ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.What We OfferA competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional growth and development.A supportive and inclusive work environment.The chance to make a difference in Technical ServicesFacilities Management.What we offer:Working with Sodexo is more than a job; its a chance to be part of something greater.
