Finance Senior Analyst – Commercial - Off Trade Function: Finance Location: Edinburgh-based (St Andrews Square) – a mix of office & home working Salary: £45,000- £55,000 base depending on experience, plus full benefits listed below. About the Role Reporting into the Off Trade Finance Manager, you’ll partner with colleagues across Front Line Sales and Revenue Management to providing first class performance management, planning and value added insight. You’ll play a critical role in protecting the business, with responsibility for ensuring robust governance and focus on our performance against our key revenue objectives. You’ll support on customer JVCA conversations in order to optimise investment whilst partnering and challenging your key stakeholders to support great commercial decision-making. So what will you be doing? Here’s some of the key accountabilities.

Deliver thorough best-in-class reporting and insight to ensure transparency and understanding of performance within the year. Own the rebate balance sheet and ensure a rigorous control & review process is in place within the Off Trade. Ensure all volumes, pricing and rebates are fully loaded into the system accurately and updated when necessary. Deliver on various optimisation projects whilst working with multiple stakeholders across Commerce and Finance.

Are able to build solid relationships and influence stakeholders. Have a proactive and positive attitude. Can navigate robustly through a fluid and fast-moving commercial environment. Have a keen interest in and would like to learn more about the Off-Trade.

Our ways of working This role is office based, we currently operate a hybrid working framework which allows us to capture the benefits of both working in the office and at home. For full-time roles, we work a minimum of 3 days in the office – Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday with Monday and Friday being our work-from-home days. In May we’ll be moving to a fantastic new office at 6 St Andrew Square – right in the heart of the city centre. The office is in a great location with excellent public transport links so it’s really easy to get to whether you’re travelling by train, bus or tram! With a brilliant selection of restaurants, bars, shops and our very own Star Pubs on our doorstep, you’ll be spoilt for choice for extracurricular activities.
