In this pivotal role, you will lead our front-of-house team, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and seamless day-to-day floor operations.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the smooth running of floor operations, delivering memorable guest experiences.Lead, train, and inspire the front-of-house team to uphold our high service standards.Support the management team in achieving sales targets and maintaining exceptional standards.Ensure clear communication between the kitchen, bar, and front-of-house teams.Manage bookings, seating arrangements, and ensure efficient table turnover.Handle guest feedback with professionalism and care, resolving any concerns effectively.Uphold health and safety standards while ensuring compliance with licensing regulations.What We're Looking ForProven experience as a Floor Manager, Supervisor, or similar role in a high-end hospitality environment.Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.Excellent communication skills and a warm, professional demeanour.A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced setting.Cocktail knowledge and an interest in mixology would be a bonus.Why Join Us?Competitive pay of up to £16 per hour including Tronc.Opportunities for training and career development.Work within a vibrant, dynamic team in an exciting new venue.If you're a dedicated hospitality professional with a passion for exceptional service, we'd love to hear from you.
