Duties & Responsibilities: Interacting with guests, sharing product knowledge on drinks and food. Taking orders, checking back, and assisting with queries. Liaising with the kitchen team to fully understand the menu. Clearing down and setting tables. Working behind the bar, serving drinks and taking orders for food. Working as part of the events team to deliver the catering element. Resolving guest queries/complaints at the first point of contact. Following the opening and closing duties of the operation. Upholding all policies and standards of food hygiene. Completion of daily and weekly cleaning schedules. Assisting with some kitchen duties when necessary â sandwich prep for example. This is on-road parking only, payable via the 'Just Park' app or at the meter on the roadside, prices vary. As staff on the island we have access to purchase an annual permit at a reduced price. Parking is free from November to March. Buses: Buses stop at 7pm from sandbanks and all staff are required to cover late night shifts beyond the bus times.
